Beyond Puerperium don't stop
(CAT) Porto un temps que tinc el bloc una mica abandonat... però no he parat de teixir ni estant de vacances. Aprofitant la arribada de noves personetes al món, m'he posat a teixir 3 cardigans.
El primer que he teixit he fet servir Merino Sport de Katia, en la mida de 3 a 6 mesos i agulles de 5mm. Només m'han calgut 3 cabdells, lo qual m'ha anat molt bé per reduir el meu stock de llanes. Els detalls del projecte están aquí.
Les altres dues, les he fet en mida nounat, i en cotó fent servir Natura Just Cotton de DMC, i m'han fet falta dos cabdells per cada una. Em feia gràcia fer-les a ratlles, i improvisar un petit truc per no tallar fil, fent servir short rows a la banda de punt bobo del final. Ha estat molt més còmode, i m'he estalviat rematar fils.

(ES) Hacia tiempo que ya no escribía en el blog... pero no he parado de tejer ni en vacaciones. Aprovechando la llegada de nuevas personitas a éste mundo, he tejido 3 cardigans.
El primero lo he hecho con Merino Sport de Katia, en la talla de 3 a 6 meses, con agujas de 5mm y gastando sólo 3 ovillos, lo que me ha ido muy bien para gastar un poco mi stash de lanas. Los detalles del proyecto están aquí.
Las otras dos las he tejido en el tamaño recién nacido, con Natura Just Cotton de DMC, y gastando dos ovillos para cada una. Me hacia gracia hacerlas a rallas, y he improvisado un pequeño truco para no cortar hilo, usando el método de short rows en la banda lateral a punto bobo del final. Mucho más cómodo y me he ahorrado rematar unos cuantos hilos

(EN) I didn't write on the blog for a long time, but my needles are busy, and I don't stop knitting neither on holidays. Because new little persons will arrive too soon... I knitted 3 cardigans to welcome the new babies to this world.
The first one is made with Merino Sport by Katia, in the size from 3 to 6 month, with needles 5mm and 3 skeins of yarn, that is good to reduce my stash of yarns. Details of this project here.
The others cardigans are knitted in the size newborn with Natura Just Cotton de DMC, I needed two skein for each cardigan. Knitted with stripes, I improvised a trick, using a short rows method for the garter band of the end of rows. With this, I don't need to cut the yarn, and less thread to hide.
